6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by BlogOnDeck and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Content Quality and Publishing

While we provide quality assurance tools, you are ultimately responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving all content before publication
• Ensuring accuracy and factual correctness

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

• We may delete your data after 90 days

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
